2019 Snow Removal Services Mosquito Lake Community Center

The Haines Borough is requesting proposals from licensed, insured contractors for the snow removal services at Mosquito Lake Community Center.  The contractor will provide all time, labor, and materials. Proposals must be all inclusive after the contractor has performed a thorough site inspection. The contract for services is from October, 2019 – April 2020, with optional annual renewals for three years. 

Proposals must be received by the Clerk no later than 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at the Office of the Borough Clerk, Borough Administration Building, 103 Third Ave. S, P.O. Box 1209, Haines, Alaska 99827. 

All proposals shall be accompanied by the following information in writing: 1) name of proposer; 2) address; 3) phone number; 4) email. All proposals must be submitted with copies of current Alaska and Haines Borough Business Licenses. 

All contractors must provide acceptable proof of insurance prior to commencement of the project.

The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposal process, or to negotiate with the low proposer.
