Residents and Businesses
Film productions filming on private property, including resident homes or businesses, may first apply to the Haines Borough.

Film productions are also responsible to directly negotiate terms and costs associated to use any private property with the owner/occupant. The Haines Borough remains external to these private negotiations.

Note: A permit from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources is needed to film in any of the state park areas including the Bald Eagle Preserve.
